2018年10月18日下午，来自英国林肯大学的Jennifer Johnson教授走进课堂，与我院18工商管理国际班同学和我校MBA留学生一起探讨“如何在跨国背景下开展有效的工作”。 Johnson教授曾任林肯大学的MBA项目以及人力资源管理、市场营销、国际商务等多个硕士项目的负责人，在人力资源培训和管理领域有着丰富的教育经验。此外，Johnson教授曾在香港居住了11年，对跨文化背景下的人力资源管理亦有着切身感受。 课堂上，John教授结合自己个人和家庭在香港的外派工作经历，对企业为什么要开展跨国外派员工工作、企业和外派员工个人需要关注哪些问题、企业如何帮助外派员工克服文化障碍等多个问题提出了自己的意见。学习过程中，同学们开展了小组讨论，提出了自己对上述各个问题的看法。来自印度尼西亚、泰国等国的留学生也分享了自己为什么来到中国求学以及对企业员工外派异国的收获等问题的看法。 通过与外教老师的深入交流，尤其是听了Johnson教授自己的工作经历之后，同学们对公司跨国外派员工这个比较陌生的话题有了更多的直观理解，也引发了更多的理论思考。 On the afternoon of October 18, 2018, Professor Jennifer Johnson from Lincoln University in the United Kingdom walked into the class and discussed “how to carry out effective work in
