College of Foreign Languages of Yantai University
The School of Foreign Languages of Yantai University was established in 1984. It was one of the earliest departments established when Yantai University was founded. In 1985, it began to enroll undergraduate students. In 1989, it obtained the bachelor’s degree. In 2001, it was granted the master’s degree.
The School of Foreign Languages has eight teaching and research units, including the English Department, the Korean Language Department, the Japanese Language Department, the College English Teaching Department, the Translation Research Center, the Foreign Language and Culture Institute, the East Asian Institute Korea Studies Center, and the Foreign Language Education Technology Research Center. Undergraduate major (English, Korean, Japanese), a first-level master’s degree (foreign language and literature), three second-level master’s programs (foreign linguistics and applied linguistics, English language and literature, Asian and African language and literature) and a major Master’s degree (translation master). There are 1032 undergraduate students and 108 graduate students. The college has a faculty with strong years, continuous improvement, excellent teaching quality and outstanding scientific research achievements. There are 129 faculty members, including 6 professors, 36 associate professors, 15 doctoral teachers and 20 master tutors.

4. With at least two years’ teaching experience
5. Workload: 16 hours per week of classroom instruction
6. Contract time: August to July
Job Offers:
1. Monthly salary (RMB): depending on teaching experience, education background and teaching capacity

3. Airfare allowance: one-way airfare allowance for a half-a-year contract, round-way airfare allowance for a one-year contract.
