Introduction to School of Foreign Studies
College of Foreign Studies of Shenyang University of Technology
School of Foreign Studies currently offers English undergraduate and Japanese undergraduate majors, and undertakes the task of public foreign language teaching for doctoral, postgraduate and undergraduate students. It also undertakes the service tasks of teacher training, foreign affairs and external publicity.
The School of Foreign Studies has 89 faculty members, including 82 full-time teachers, 4 professors and 25 associate professors. In the past five years, four doctors have been introduced and trained. At present, there are 6 in-service colleges and universities in China and abroad, and 67 master’s degree teachers. The school supports nearly 40 people studying in the United States, Britain, Australia and Japan.
The internationalization of the school has been steadily advanced. Since 2011, more than 30 students have exchanged studies with universities such as Nagasaki University of Foreign Studies in Japan. At the same time, relying on the advantages of frequent exchanges between our university and Japanese universities, we carry out a variety of practical activities in a variety of forms.
The students of the college have achieved remarkable results. They have been awarded the title of “School of Fine Arts and Schools” for three consecutive times. They have been awarded the title of “Advanced Unit for Student Work of Shenyang University of Technology” for two consecutive years, and have also won the honorary title of “Shenyang Wusi Red Flag Youth League Committee”. Our school hosted the 2002 “External Research Society Cup” College English Debate Competition. Our team’s performance was outstanding. The contestants participated in the 9th Asian College English Debate Competition in the third place of the finals. In 2011, our school hosted the “French Institute Cup” speech contest (Liaoning Division) rematch, and our school’s English major 2008 Wang Hong won the special award, representing Liaoning Province to participate in the Beijing-German finals. In May 2015, Liu Yiyang, a Japanese major in our school, won the first place in the 19th Japanese Speech Contest in Shenyang.

Ⅰ. Salary
6000 RMB (before tax) per month
Ⅱ. Requirements
1. Applicants should be NATIVE English speakers from English speaking countries who must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Applicants with a TESOL certificate or English teaching experiences in English-speaking countries have priority.
3. Devotion to teaching: patient, responsible and enthusiastic.
4. Under 50 years old
