Introduction to Hangzhou Jingyuan Primary School

Hangzhou Jingyuan Primary School (website) was established in September 2011, adjacent to the Xiasha Street Government of Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is located at No. 60 Haitong Street. The school covers an area of 32034 square meters, including a building area of 24,220 square meters. There are 33 classes and 1365 students. The school designs 36 classes, with dance classrooms, music classrooms, art classrooms, calligraphy classrooms, pottery classrooms, science classrooms, voice classrooms, computer classrooms, open classrooms, badminton halls, lecture halls, plastic track and field venues and other teaching facilities. It has unique cultural corridors such as calligraphy corridor, technology corridor and reading hall.

After eight years of hard work, the school has gradually grown. The school recruits nearly 20 teachers each year and now has 78 teachers. Among them, there are 1 science-level teacher, 1 provincial teacher, and 3 distinct teachers of the city, and 10 distinct teachers of the district. The school has carried out three major infrastructure projects and the allocation of educational and teaching facilities and the construction of educational positions. The new campus is full of modern atmosphere, with high standards and first class facilities. All teachers and students work together, forge ahead, and be full of energy!

Since the school was founded, Jingyuan Primary School regards the quality of education as the lifeline of development, conscientiously implements the national education policy, scientific management, and rigorous study, constantly promoting the quality of education and achieving rich results. The school has been rated as “Zhejiang Calligraphy Education Base School”, “Hangzhou Character Education Research Base School”, “Hangzhou Red Scarf Digital Library Demonstration School”, Development Zone “Civilized Unit”, “Green School”, “4A Level Honorary titles such as “Safe Campus” and “Sports Traditional Project” have been well received by administrations and parents at all levels.
