Introduction to Wuhan No.2 High School
Wuhan No.2 High School (武汉二中, website) is located in Wuhan, Hubei Province. It was founded in 1939 and became the first batch of key middle schools in Hubei in 1953; in 1999, it was established as the first model high school in Hubei Province;
The school covers an area of more than 40 acres and has more than 120 classes (including branch schools), nearly 7,000 students, and more than 470 faculty members (including branch schools).
The school library has more than 60,000 volumes of books and more than 400 types of periodicals and magazines. The library uses a computer management system to implement full-open borrowing. There is an art gymnasium, an observatory, a football field and a fitness field.
