Changsha City is the provincial capital of Hunan Province. It is the political, economic, cultural, transportation, science and technology, finance and information center of Hunan Province. It is located in the north of the eastern part of Hunan Province.

Changsha has a long history and enjoys a pleasant climate, ranking the first among the “Top Ten Leisure and Livable Eco-Cities in China”.

It has won the title of “Global Green City” in the Global Habitat Environment Forum and has been awarded “Happiest Cities in China” for ten consecutive years. Changsha City has once again become a new first-tier city in 2018, ranking top 10 for three consecutive years. At the same time, Changsha enjoys the titles of “Culture City of East Asia”, “City of Media Arts” and “International Gourmet City”.

A survey involving more than 72,000 foreigners showed that Changsha is one of the eight most attractive cities for foreigners in China and the only city in central China on the list. As of November 2019, Changsha has established sister cities or friendly cooperative relations with 52 cities in 31 countries on five continents; more than 100 of the world’s top 500 companies have invested in or set up offices in Changsha.

Pakistani Hatzbo believes that compared with developed cities such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Shanghai, Changsha, which is developing, allows foreigners to find more jobs and investment opportunities, and has advantages in import and export trade. He plans to help Pakistani businessmen to find projects in China through the Hunan-Africa Enterprise Cooperation Center and share development opportunities.

South Korean investor Lee Jongdae is an honorary citizen of Changsha and has worked in Changsha for 16 years. He used to go back to South Korea to transit to Hong Kong, which took almost a day. Now, it only takes two and a half hours to fly directly from Changsha Huanghua Airport to Seoul, South Korea.

I used to bring my hometown chili sauce and kimchi, but now I can buy authentic Korean food as long as I walk into the Changsha Korean restaurant and the imported food bar of the supermarket.” said Li Zhongtai, Changsha It is a transportation and logistics center with many favorable conditions for attracting foreign investment.
