Introduction to The King’s School Shenzhen International
The King’s School Shenzhen International (深圳南山国王学校, website) is the first overseas branch of the King’s School in Canterbury, UK. The King Canterbury School in the United Kingdom was founded in 597 AD and is known for its outstanding academic achievements and extracurricular activities. The school is committed to providing a balanced and comprehensive education for every student, so that every student has a positive and beautiful campus life.
King Canterbury School, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, is a co-educational school for students of all nationalities under the age of 18. The Early Childhood Education Department started school in September 2019 and enrolls children under 6 years of age. The primary school, junior high school, and high school sections of the large campus are under preparation and will start in September 2021, and will recruit students between the ages of 6 and 18.
Our kindergartens will be managed by kindergarten principals from the UK and China. We welcome children from different countries, ethnic groups and Shenzhen. Our state-of-the-art school complex will contain an independent kindergarten and a main teaching building with extensive outdoor space.
