Introduction to Beijing 101 Middle School

Beijing 101 Middle School (北京一零一中学, website) is a key high school in Beijing and a demonstration school in Beijing.

The school was established in Zhangjiakou in 1946. It is now located in the Yuanmingyuan site in Haidian District, Beijing, with Tsinghua in the east and Peking University in the south, covering an area of 200,000 square meters. As of 2011, the school has 72 classes and the number of students exceeds 3,000. The school also has three branches: Shuangyushu, Shangdi and Huairou.
