Founded in 1948, Jilin Agricultural University (JLAU, website) is one of the key provincial universities, one of the earliest universities in China to be granted the authority to confer bachelors’ and masters’ degrees and one of the first universities to be authorized to confer doctoral degrees. In 2011, JLAU became the university co-constructed by the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and Jilin Provincial Government, and succeeded in the approval of National Basic Ability Construction Project of Western andCentral China. Job Requirements:

• 1. Bachelor’s Degree or above
• 2. At least 2 years of English teaching experience, TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred
• 3. Native English speaker
• 4. Under 60 years old
• 5. Workload: around 18 classes per week, 45 min per class, teaching oral English and foreign trade English courses

• 1. Salary: from 10,000 to 15,000 RMB/month depending on qualification
