Introduction to Quanzhou Julong Foreign Language School
Quanzhou Julong Foreign Language School (website) is located in the Southeast of China – in Quanzhou city, Fujian Province (south sea coast, opposite Taiwan). It is located in the beautiful Julong Town (pictures) and is surrounded by lush greenery, lakes and mountains.
As a key construction project in Julong Town, Quanzhou Julong Foreign Language School sticks to “high starting points for education, and high-quality education”. It covers an area of 460 acres and a building area of 150,000 square meters. Positioned as an ecological garden-style modern high-end school, the school implements a fully-enclosed accommodation system and integrates kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, and high school. It covers pre-school to high school education, initial planning, 18 classes for kindergartens, 60 classes for elementary schools, and 36 classes for middle and high schools. A total of 114 classes are taught. There are about 4,770 students in the class and about 450 faculty members.
Job Description
Quanzhou Julong Foreign Language School is a full-time boarding school in the coastal city of Quanzhou. We are currently looking for 1 ESL teacher to add to our foreign teacher team in Sep. 2019. Usually we only offer One Year Contract, when the contract is due we will discuss with the teacher whether or not to extend the contract. For One Year Contract the teacher’s salary will be:
First Year salary:
1. Probation Period (2 months): 12,000 RMB after tax.
2. After Probation: 13,000 RMB after tax;
3. Contract completion bonus: 12,000 RMB.
4. Second year salary: 15,000 after tax;
5. Contract completion bonus: 12,000 RMB.
Should the teacher be recognized by the school as a very experienced and excellent teacher, the school may offer a Two Year Contract. The teacher’s salary will be:
First Year salary:
1. Probation Period (2 months): 12,000 RMB after tax
2. After Probation: 15,000 RMB after tax;
3. Second year salary: 15,000 after tax;
4. Contract completion bonus: 12,000 RMB
Job Requirement
1. Applicants should have a Bachelor degree or above
2. Applicants should have TESOL or TEFL certificate
3. Teaching experience in Primary school or middle school preferred
4. Native English speakers from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand or South Africa
5. Age must between 20-55 years old
