Xiamen No.6 High School
Founded in 1953, Xiamen No. 6 High School (website: http://www.liuzhong.xm.fj.cn/) was acknowledged as the first-class provincial middle school in 1998. At present, it is a large-scale school with the first-rate facilities and a long history. It has been nationally honored as a model in moral and innovative education and awarded over 20 prizes. - Job Position: Teacher for English Drama and Speech & Debate courses
- Students Age: 15-18 (High school students)
- Courses:
Drama course: introduction, famous drama/play, script, performance, yearly drama competition in school, etc.
Speech&Debate course: Language using, speech skill, debate relevant classes, etc. - Working Periods:
Monday to Friday. 2 days off on weekends (but if there meets holidays often need to make up the missed classes on weekend) - Working Hours:
Maximum 18 teaching periods (40 minutes/each class) and 2 teacher’s training periods (1 hour per period) per week. 1 period/month academic activity like school’s English teaching work discussion and experiences exchange meeting. (workload is much lighter than the private school or training center)
Requirements
- From native English speaking countries
- Bachelor’s Degree or above (need to be notarized)
- At least two years teaching experiences with recommendation and reference information
