Xiamen Foreign Teacher Program
Xiamen Foreign Teacher Program is a government project initiated by Xiamen Education Bureau. It aims at promoting the internationalization of ordinary high school education in Xiamen city, further improving the quality of high school education and accelerating the process of education modernization. In 2018, Xiamen Education Bureau is looking to fill each public school 1 or more foreign teachers. Currently there are more than 50 foreign teachers teaching in the public schools under Xiamen Education Bureau.
Salary and Benefits
Salary
<p>Base Salary 9000 -12,000 RMB after tax plus benefits and allowance</p>
Contract
<p>10 months from September 2018 to June 2019</p>
Working Hours
<p>At most 18 working hours per week</p>
Housing Allowance
<p>2,000 RMB per month or a full-furnished private apartment</p>
Flight Air Allowance
<p>8000 flight air allowance per year</p>
Food
<p>Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided at school cafeteria</p>
Requirements
<p>Native English speaker</p>
<p>Bachelor degree or above</p>
<p>Younger than 55 years old</p>
<p>With TEFL, TESOL or TESL certificate</p>
<p>At least 2 years of teaching experience</p>
