Shanghai University of Electric Power (上海电力大学, website) is a full-time general institution of higher learning co-constructed by the central government and Shanghai, focusing on Shanghai management. Shanghai University of Electric Power was founded in 1951. It has long been affiliated with the management of the national power department. In 2000, it was localized.
