Huizhou Engineering Vocational College (惠州工程职业学院, website) is a modern public higher education institution established by the Guangdong Provincial Government with high standards and a high starting point. It is located in Huizhou, the central city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Pearl River Delta, adjacent to Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shanwei in the east, Heyuan and Shaoguan in the north, convenient transportation and outstanding regional advantages.
The college covers an area of 380,000 square meters with a construction area of 220,000 square meters. The campus is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the gardens are beautiful; the green mountains and green water coexist, and humanities and nature blend together. It is a green and civilized campus of “learning in the garden and school in the mountains and rivers”. At present, Huizhou Engineering Vocational College has computer application technology, IoT application technology, applied electronics technology, electrical automation technology, machinery manufacturing and automation, industrial robotics technology, new energy vehicle technology, industrial design, architectural design, horticultural technology, 20 majors including animal medicine, garden technology, e-commerce, financial management, investment and wealth management. Building modern manufacturing practices that can meet the needs of modern vocational education, such as intelligent manufacturing, electronic integration, numerical control installation, automatic control, reverse technology and rapid manufacturing, industrial robot production training, e-commerce, cold chain logistics, modern horticulture, and animal health care. The training center has distinctive characteristics of science and engineering.
Huizhou Engineering Vocational College has strong faculty, with 97 professors and associate professors, 89 doctoral and graduate students.
