Huanghe Science and Technology University (黄河科技学院, website) was founded in 1984 and is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. It is a private undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. In 1994, it became the first private college to be approved by the State Education Commission to implement junior college education. In 2000, it became the first private college to be approved by the Ministry of Education to implement bachelor’s degree education.
