Chongqing Technology and Business University (CTBU, Jobs) is an international college of humanities in Chongqing. It is the only public finance and economic undergraduate college in Chongqing. The school has three campuses including Nan’an Campus, Jiangbei Campus and Tea Garden Campus, covering a total area of 2504.61 mu. It is the “Top Ten Garden Style” and “Civilized Unit” in Chongqing and the first “Beautiful Campus” in Chongqing.

The university has two municipal-level “first-class disciplines” in applied economics and business administration, and 10 municipal-level key disciplines. There are 12 first-level master’s degree programs and 14 professional master’s degree programs. In the fourth round of disciplinary assessment, a total of 6 disciplines were listed, of which 2 disciplines of applied economics and business administration were awarded B-levels, and 4 disciplines ranked first among universities. According to the 2018 Soft Science “China’s Best Subjects” ranking, our school has 8 disciplines. Among them, applied economics, business management ranked 25%.

The university has 38 departments of science and technology, the Ministry of Education and Chongqing scientific research institutions. In recent years, it has undertaken more than 228 national-level scientific research projects such as the strategic key international science and technology innovation cooperation key projects of the national key R&D plan and the national social science major bidding project. In 2018, it won 23 national social science fund projects, ranking third in national financial and economic universities; 12 national natural science fund projects, including one national outstanding youth fund project; and the ninth social science outstanding achievement in Chongqing There were 21 awards and 12 Chongqing Development Research Awards. The total number of awards was ranked first in the university and 2 in the second prize of Chongqing Natural Science. The Western Forum magazine was selected as a CSSCI source journal (extended version) from 2019 to 2020.

The university has more than 1,700 full-time teachers, more than 700 doctoral degree teachers, and nearly 800 teachers with senior professional titles. The university has national “people plan” candidates, national-level candidates, young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions from the state, candidates for the “Changjiang Scholars” award program, “four batches” of national propaganda and cultural systems, and experts enjoying special allowances from the State Council. The University and Canada’s Montreal Higher Business School and other more than 10 internationally renowned universities jointly cultivate bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and have established partnerships with nearly 100 universities in 28 countries (regions) to carry out all-round, wide-area and multi-level international cooperation. Exchange, was named Chongqing International Exchange and Cooperation Model School, Chongqing International Humanities University. There are two Chinese-foreign cooperative education institutions (International Business School and Modern International Design Art Institute) approved by the Ministry of Education.
