Chengdu Technological University (成都工业学院, website) is a public full-time undergraduate school run by the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government. The school was founded in 1913 and was the first industrial school in Sichuan province since the 1911 Revolution. The school has changed its name 12 times, and has gone through many historical development stages, including Sichuan Provincial First-Class Industrial School, Sichuan Provincial Chengdu Advanced Industrial Vocational School, Chengdu Radio Mechanical School, Chengdu Electromechanical College.
