Central University of Finance and Economics (中央财经大学, CUFE) is a university directly affiliated with the Ministry of Education, co-constructed by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, and Beijing. The school was founded on November 6, 1949. At the beginning of its establishment, it was under the supervision of the Ministry of Finance. The university covers a total area of 1,027,165 square meters, of which the College South Road campus covers an area of 141,962 square meters and the Shahe campus covers an area of 789,798 square meters.
