Founded in 1954, Beijing Information Technology College (北京信息职业技术学院, website) is a public full-time general higher vocational and technical college approved by the Ministry of Education, the National Demonstration Software Vocational and Technical College, and the Beijing “Belt and Road” national talent training base. In the course of 65 years of running a school, more than 80,000 electronic information technology and comprehensive professional talents with high comprehensive quality and strong professional ability have been trained for China, which has made positive contributions to the development of the country’s electronics industry.

The college is affiliated to Beijing Electronics Holdings Co., Ltd. There are three campuses, Jiuxianqiao Campus, East Campus (Dongba) and South Campus (Huaxiang), with a total area of 350 mu, a building area of 240,000 square meters, 820 faculty members and 6,500 students. The college has advanced teaching equipment, complete basic laboratories and professional training bases.
