Introduction to Arizona College of Technology at Hebei University of Technology
Arizona College of Technology at Hebei University of Technology was co-founded by Hebei University of Technology (HEBUT) and the University of Arizona (UArizona) in 2020 under the approval of China’s Ministry of Education This is a win-win collaboration between a prestigious, century-old institution and a top 100 university.
Hebei University of Technology, founded in 1903, is one of the pioneering universities to train industrial minds in China. HEBUT was listed as a “Project 211” university in 1996 and a “Double First-Class ” university in 2017. Three of its disciplines are among the top 1% in the ESI Global Rankings. Its education quality ranks 51st among all “Double First-Class” universities.
The University of Arizona, founded in 1885, is a world-class research university and a member of “Public Ivies” in the United States. In 2020, it ranked 85th in the U.S. News & World Report University Rankings. It boasts 3 Nobel Prize winners, 26 fellows of the National Academy of Sciences, 13 fellows of the National Academy of Engineering, and 21 fellows of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
About Tianjin
