Introduction to Shanghai Shangde Experimental School
Shanghai Shangde Experimental School (上海民办尚德实验学校, website) was founded in September 2003 and was invested and constructed by Shanghai Shangde Education Investment Development Co., Ltd. It is a 12-year boarding school from elementary school, middle school to high school.
The school takes root in China to run schools and cultivate Chinese people who influence the world. The school was authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization in 2010 and became an IB World School. In 2014, it became one of the 21 high school international curriculum pilot schools promulgated by the Municipal Education Commission.
The principal Jiang Xiaoyong has been serving as principal since 1985. He successively served as the principal of Jianping West School and Jianping Experimental School. He has rich management experience, has the concept of lifelong learning, and obtained a doctorate in business administration. He is a down-to-earth principal with the courage to pioneer.
