Tea Party for 6 foreign teachers working at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. Zhang Huaying, Dean of the International College, expressed holiday blessings to the foreign teachers on behalf of the College. He thanked teachers for their hard work, and hoped that they can work safely and live happily at FAFU.
The foreign teachers expressed that they are very happy to come to the Agriculture University to teach, and thanked the school for the support and help provided to foreign teachers in work and life.
张华英首先代表学院向外教们表达了节日祝福，并对他们的辛勤工作表示感谢，希望他们能在学校安心工作、幸福生活。张华英指出，国际化对学校的发展十分重要，外教在学校的语言及相关专业教学领域的辛勤付出，有力促进了我校师生的外语水平的提高，希望外教们今后在教学、科学研究等方面能继续为学校贡献聪明才智。
与会外教表示非常荣幸能够来到我校任教，对学院为外籍教师在工作和生活等方面提供的支持与帮助表示衷心感谢，同时表达了对学校和农大学子的喜爱。
会上，外教们还结合自身的教学工作，提出当前在语言教学中存在的问题，并给出了相关的建议方案。学院领导认真听取了外教的建议意见，并对有关问题进行了详细解答。
目前，共有来自美国、英国、澳大利亚等国家的6名外籍教师在我校从事语言和专业教学工作。通过此次座谈会，外籍教师充分感受到了学院的关心关怀，同时也对中国传统文化有了更深的了解，增强了中外交流，进一步推进了学院外籍教师的服务和管理工作。
