On the evening of December 20th, a Christmas party for foreign teachers and students held by International Cooperation and Exchange Office took place in Tourism and Service Trade Restaurant.
Party Secretary Wang Rong, President Xiong Shuxin and Vice President Yin Hong attended the party. 77 foreign students and 15 foreign teachers from over ten countries, such as the United States, Australia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, as well as representatives from different departments participated in this activity with the total number of 140.
Party Secretary Wang Rong gave an opening address on behalf of YUFE, hoping that the internationalization of YUFE would be promoted and foreign teachers as well as students would have a good time here on campus. He shared a video clip named Flavor of the City which was carefully made to reflect life and culture in Kunming. Vice President Yin Hong leading the faculty of International Cooperation and Exchange Office performed a beautiful chorus. Tempers ignited when the following dynamic dance by teachers was presented.
Teachers and students savored the rich buffet dishes and enjoyed the excellent performances presented by students at home and abroad(Vietnam, Laos, Mali, Bangladesh and other places). Later, students and representatives were invited to the front to join the games, which brought lasting laughters to those present at the party. At the end of the party, this jubilation was concluded with a group photo.
