- School Rotation
After a year of teaching at your placement school, you may want to challenge yourself with a different class size or age group, or you may want to experience different lifestyle and cultural richness of another city in China. Thus we provide this ‘ISAC School Rotation Program’ to enable teachers to work from one member school to another, in a breeze. Although we recommend teachers to stay at a school for two years or more for better career development, we realize the needs of teachers to see different provinces and try out different lifestyles. That’s why we have the ‘School Rotation Program’.
- How it works
- If you would like to transfer to another ISAC partner school, inform ISAC office and submit your application at least 2 months prior to your contract termination date.
- ISAC Office asks your current school to provide a reference letter and we send it to the school you wish to join. After the school board approve your request, you will be joining your new school for the next year/semester.
