Introduction to Henan Experimental High School

Henan Experimental High School (河南省实验中学, website) is a publicly-run complete middle school under the supervision of Henan Provincial Department of Education in Zhengzhou City, and is a model high school in Henan Province.

The school was founded in 1957 as the secondary school attached to Zhengzhou Teachers Technical College. In 1979, the school was officially renamed.

As of May 2011, the school covers an area of 150 acres, with a construction area of 100,000 square meters and a green area of more than 50,000 square meters. There are more than 700 faculty members, including 2 excellent experts in provincial management, 12 special teachers, and provincial academic technology. There are 30 leaders and experts, and 123 key teachers above the municipal level. As of February 2012, the school covers an area of 150 acres, with a construction area of 100,000 square meters and a green area of more than 50,000 square meters, with more than 5,000 students.
