Introduction to Zhejiang University of Science and Technology
Zhejiang University of Science and Technology (ZUST, website) was founded in 1980 by Zhejiang University. After nearly 40 years of development, the school has become a distinctive application-oriented provincial undergraduate university with master’s degree, bachelor’s degree-granting rights, and international students, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students’ enrollment rights.
The school has two campuses. The Xiaoheshan Campus is located on the Xixi Wetland in Xihu District, Hangzhou. The campus covers an area of more than 1,900 acres and a building area of 470,000 square meters. Anji Campus is located in Anxiang, Zhuxiang, which has the reputation of UN-Habitat Award, with a land area of 800. More than a mu, the building area is 165,000 square meters. The natural environment of the campus is beautiful, the mountains are beautiful, the lake is the shadow of the lake, and the former chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress Zhang Dejiang once praised “the true mountain is really a good place to study.”

Salary and Benefits
1. 6,500-8,000 RMB/month (before tax), getting renewal annually
2. 10,000 RMB flight reimbursement on completion of the contract
3. Fully paid summer and winter vacations
4. Free, private on-campus accommodation provided (approximately 50 sqm with bathroom and kitchen, furniture and appliances)
5. Medical insurance covered
Requirements
1. English/German/French native speaker
2. 20-60 years old, good health
3. Bachelor’s degree or above
4. Minimum of 2 years related working experience
5. Holding TEFL, TESOL or other related certification
6. Good communication skills, excellent team spirit
7. 16 teaching hours per week and other related tasks
